A Distributor is alternatively referred to herein as a Business Associate, Franchisee, Leader, or Member.
Direct Selling, Referral Program and Mode of Compensation
There are two main parts of the NOVIA Micro Franchising Business.
1. Direct Selling - A Business Associate herein referred as member, can acquire up to 50% discount (lifetime) on all products. This is whether you purchase a single item or hundreds of thousands worth of products; you still get the same up to 50% discount for life. No minimum purchase and no monthly quota. There are no positions to consider like area manager, supervisor, etc.
2. Referral Program - The Company will reward you through sales commissions and bonuses every time you bring somebody to this business. These we call. Sales Commissions, Team Sales Override Bonuses (or Sales Match Bonus), and Non-Team Sales Override Bonus (or One Leg Sales Match Bonus).
As the company uses the binary system, you only have to look for two (2) persons who also would like to have their own franchise/business. A binary system separates your sales forces into two major groups (i.e., Left Sales Group and Right Sales Group). Alternatively, we may call them Group A and Group B. You position these two persons with one person as your group leader on one side of your sales group (such as your Left Sales Group).
Then you position the other person as your group leader to the other side of your sales group (herein remaining as your Right Sales Group).
These two immediate group leaders will comprise your first level of your network group. Each of whom will have their own corresponding group leaders and network groups, eventually comprising your second up to infinite level of your very own network group. This system is called TRUE BINARY. Meaning, you will earn unlimited Sales Commissions and potentially secure stream of residual income through Team Sales Override Commissions and possibly even Non-Team Sales Override Commissions.
In the case of your first level as described above, you earned Php1,000.00 (as Sales Match Bonus) on your first level plus two Direct Referral Bonuses at Php500.000 per direct referral. That rewards you of your first total gross income in the amount of Php2,000.00. As your group leaders do the same, more group leaders are introduced into your network system, thereby creating a potentially unlimited stream of residual income through Team Sales Override Bonuses or Sales matches between your right and left sales groups.
The maximum payout provided by the company to each Business Associate is limited to sixteen (16) Sales Matches a day. That means you can potentially earn up to Php16,000.00 per day or up to Php80,000.00 per week, or up to Php320,000.00 a month on Team Sales Override Bonus alone.
There may be times when you are tied up with some things that are equally important for you to do and one of your sales group may have been inactive in the business also. During these instances, you are not able to create sales matches for Team Sales Override Bonus. However, if your other sales group such as your Group B in the above example, continue to actively introduce the business to other people, you are still entitled to receive income in the form of Non-Team Sales Override Bonus . The Non-Team Sales Override Bonus comes in three levels of different multipliers tabulated for illustration below;

You have the opportunity to receive residual income of up to Php1,250.00 a day on Non-Team Sales Override Bonus, with up to ten (10) sales matches from your active sales group. This is about Php25,000.00 monthly residual income potential provided the following conditions are met;
1. You must have your own first level of network of two people, one to your left and another to your right sales group.
2. Your first level of network or sales group leaders must be your own direct referrals, you being their sponsor.
3. For your month's performance, one of your sales group is inactive and the other is active. Otherwise if both your left and right sales group are active or sponsoring new distributors within the month, the Team Sales Override Bonus of up to Php16,000.00 a day will apply instead of the Non-Team Sales Override Bonus.
3. Mode of Compensation - All compensation (i.e., Sales Commissions, Team Sales Override Bonuses and Non-Team Sales Override Bonuses) are credited by the company directly to your Banco de Oro (BDO) Account. You must indicate your BDO account details in the registration entries. If you do not have an existing BDO account, you may apply for a BDO cash card through our offices. A bank fee of Php100.00 is required and a valid ID (eg. Passport, Company/School ID, SSS ID, Driver’s License, PRC License) must be presented when claiming your BDO cash card.
For online registrations, the Php100.00 bank fee is automatically included. You will receive a confirmation through email from us regarding the status of your registration.
a. Online registrations for business associates residing in the Philippines:
You will be required to send us by email, a clear scanned copy of your valid ID showing your identity details, picture and signature all subject to our verification and validation. Once approved by the bank, your BDO cash card will be sent to you (door to door) through our forwarder. You can use your BDO cash card to any Banco de Oro or Express Net (including BPI) Automated Teller Machines (ATM) nationwide.
b. Online registrations for business associates residing outside the Philippines:
All compensation will be sent net of applicable bank/service charges and fees with copies of statement reported to you by email. Bank/Remittance centers reserve the right to apply prevailing exchange rates. You must advise how you prefer your compensation is to be sent to you. The following options apply:
i. PayPal Account
Create an account through http://www.paypal.com/ and send us by email your account details.
ii. Western Union service
Verify and confirm if such service facility is available within your area. Confirm by email if you prefer this mode of service and we will use the address you indicated in the registration. Copy of transaction including transaction reference no. will be sent to you regularly by email.
iii. VISA Electron
Under negotiation.
The initial product purchase is Php5,550.00

Since the NOVIA Cosmetiques uses the Binary System, you only have to look for two (2) persons who would also like to have a NOVIA franchise/business. Strategically, you position one person as your group leader on either your right or your left side sales group and another person as your group leader on the other side of your sales group.
Direct Referral Sales Commission
Each time you directly refer a person you get Php500.00. As NOVIA Franchisee you can earn as many direct referrals that you can directly refer into your own network. That is why leaders (like you) should not stop inviting people into the network. Since there are only two persons a distributor can position directly under him/her, those that you referred in excess of two will be positioned anywhere within the sales lines emanating from you and can be assigned to anybody in your network. We call this, spill-over.
Team Override Sales Bonus (NTOB) or Sales Match Bonus
Aside from Direct Referral Sales Commission, the NOVIA Franchisee receives a Team Sales Override Bonus or Sales Match Bonus of Php1,000.00 every time your Left Side Sales Group is matched with your Right Side Sales Group. A safety net however is imposed by the company wherein only up to sixteen (16) sales matches per transaction day will be paid out to every Franchisee. In excess thereof, the supposed surplus income is waived in favor of the company and referred herein as "flush out". Only the surplus income is flushed out and not the downlines or distributors.
New Franchisees introduced to your network group is accounted for regardless if he/she is your Direct Referral or not. YOU will receive Php1,000.00 per sales match as Team Sales Override Bonus out of these new Franchisees introduced daily. Your maximum income potential is up to Php16,000.00 per day or Php80,000.00 per week or Php320,000.00 per month.
