I. THE TYPES OF RECOGNIZED BUSINESS CENTER

II. PROCESS

  1. Distributors who are aspiring to put up Recognized Business Center starts with the filing APPLICATION FORM to the main office. Information on or record/list of AVAILABLE SLOTS can be obtained from Novia Atlanta Corporate office of via internet.
  2. An ocular inspection by Novia representative shall be scheduled and if the area/place conforms with the Company standard, further assessment is done including the degree of commitment and dedication of the applicant to adhere to the vision, mission, business culture, policies, and regulations of the Company.
  3. A business meeting is then set among the Applicant, the Finder (Upline), and Novia representative/s.
  4. If the Applicant passes the standard implemented by the Company, he shall be required to submit a time-table/plan of action until the time target date of the opening of the chosen/approved type of RBC.
  5. Prior to signing of contract/agreement, the proponent shall purchase the minimum quantity required for the preferred type of RBC together with the signing of contract.
  6. Secure necessary permits/license from the city/municipality where the RBC will be set up.
  7. Open the RBC as per the Applicant's time table.

III. JURISDICTION

  1. To protect the interest of the RBC owners and their Distributors there shall only be one (1) Mega RBC in a particular area designated by Novia. The Mega Center shall take care of Regular and Mobile RBC's in their particular areas of jurisdiction.

1.1. The Mega RBC shall get Fifty Pesos (Php 50.00) for every member registered by Mobile RBC and Twenty Five Pesos (Php 25.00) from every registrant from Regular RBC's.

IV. PHYSICAL SET UP OF THE RBC

  1. RBC should be accessible to public transport route. Visibility is also of paramount consideration.
  2. RBC should operate in an area with space allotted for reception area, office and/or showroom and seminar/training room. Required measurement of the place varies depending on the type of RBC).
  3. RBC should provide amp Provide a training room and reception area to service its network.
  4. Signage/signboard should be in accordance with the official design of Novia, including font, logo design, and color scheme.
  5. Computer set and fax machine should be acquired/set up for easy and immediate access to updates and to facilitate business transactions.
  6. Before the inauguration of the Center, the owner/s should conform to the CHECKLIST formulated by the Company to ensure successful and high-impact opening day.

V. OFFICE ROLES AND FUNCTIONS

  1. The RBC should be open at least eight (8) hours a day with people ready to attend to the needs of visiting distributors and prospects.
  2. The RBC is considered an independent contractor and shall be responsible for salaries, wages, and benefits of its employees. Talent fees and professional fees of people being hired for RBC events.
  3. The RBC is responsible for the dissemination of information like memorandums, advisories, plan of action, promotional strategies, etc. - coming from Novia main office so as to have a unified move towards achieving goals.
  4. The RBC office personnel should be in constant coordination and communication with people in the main office of smooth and accurate dissemination of information.
  5. The RBC should serve as a channel for marketing and distribution services to Novia Distributors within the area of jurisdiction.
  6. The RBC should encourage registrants to apply for Banco de Oro (BDO) Cash Card and/or Asia United Bank (AUB) for systematic release of their commissions.
  7. Any request of support for materials (and other requirements) for local event or promotional activities should be submitted in writing by the RBC to Novia Corporate Office at least ten (10) days. All requests are subject to evaluation and approval.

VI. TRAINING PROGRAMS

  1. The RBC owner should attend meetings, training courses and other company sponsored major events.
  2. The RBC should conduct and manage weekly and monthly training sessions in his RBC to meet the needs and improve the performance of the Distributors. These programs include:

    DOS (Distributors’ Orientation Session)
    BOSS (Business Opportunity Session for Starters)
    DIRECT (Distributor’s Reinforcement Course and Training),
    PHD (Product Hands-on Demonstration; and other training modules.

    Talent fees and/or professional fees, tokens of people being hired to conduct seminars shall be the responsibility of the owner and his upline/leader.

VII. SALES MAINTENANCE/FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS

  1. The RBC has to maintain the level of performance per month. However, the Company gives a grace period of two (2) months to establish its network and sales force. But Novia reserves the right to terminate/cancel the contract if the RBC performance is below the ACTIVE LEVEL STATUS in the initial three (3) consecutive months from the date of the official opening of the Center.
  2. Submit sales report on the specific dates of submission. Sales on Memberships should be remitted to the Company’s bank account the following working day of transaction.
  3. A sales invoice must be attached to every purchase form or membership application, together with the DPI-Distributor’s Personal Information Form. Every DPI Form and Sales Invoice should be completely and correctly filled-out with the ID Numbers of the sponsors.
  4. RBC should pay all purchases in cash. No credit transaction shall be accepted by the Company.
  5. An accurate and clean record of inventory of stocks should be made each day of operation.

VIII. PRICING

  1. Novia has a standard pricing scheme. RBC should sell all products based on the prescribed selling price (PSP) and the corresponding recommended discounts to members. However, the Company allows a 5% add-on to PSP only to provincial RBC’s.

    1.1. However, RBC’s are given a guaranteed additional discount of 10% (Regular) and 12% (Mega) to their repeat purchases.

IX. PURCHASE ORDER POLICY

All payments for purchase orders must be remitted in cash to Novia Cosmetiques Company-Banco De
Oro Universal Bank, Account No. 1100157717. Products will be shipped only upon confirmation of the
fund transfer.

X. FREIGHT POLICY

Purchase of goods worth Php20,000.00 and above will be delivered free (land and sea, and air). Delivery time is subject to transportation mode and distance. However, a minimum of five-day processing allowance is required before the products can be delivered in provinces.

XI. RETURN OF GOODS POLICY

Novia will replace damaged goods shipped by submitting GOODS RETURN SLIP immediately upon receipt of shipment. Novia office in Atlanta should be informed about the damaged goods within forty-eight (48) hours from the receipt of the items. Only unused and unpacked items will be considered for return.

XII. EXPIRY PRODUCTS

The First in First out-FIFO Policy shall be observed at all times. RBC should monitor the shelf life of all products delivered to them and sell according to expiration date of the products. Expired products can be returned to the company provided it is still six (6) months before expiration.

  2. Purchase of initial ten (10) Novia Product Pack (P55,000)
  3. No maintenance of sales required

B. BENEFITS 

  1. Guaranteed Fifty (Php 50.00) commission for every member registered through the Mobile Recognized Business Center.
  2. No repeat purchase quota is required.
  3. Provision of tarpaulin, flyers and product brochures and a set of Novia CD's.

  A. REQUIREMENTS

  1. A physical office/showroom of not less than ten (10) square meters.
  2. Initial purchase of twenty (20) Novia Product Pack (Php 111,000).
  3. Initial Repeat Product Purchase (RPP) amounting to Php 55,000 (discounted based on Novia regular discount scheme, but amount of purchase is based on gross price)

B. BENEFITS

  1. Guaranteed Seventy-Five Pesos (Php 75.00) commission for every member registered through RBC.
  2. Additional ten percent (10%) discount (above the regular discount enjoyed by regular distributor) on all Repeat Product Purchases.
  3. Additional five percent (5%) add-on above prescribed selling price. (For provinces only).
  4. Free twenty (20) sets of product brochures and flyers with three sets of Novia CD's.
  5. Two (2) sets of Novia tarpaulin for outdoor and/or indoor display.
  6. Chance to win awards, recognitions and other incentives given to RBC.
  7. Free one (1) slot in the Novia network (No product kit).
  8. Free delivery of goods for succeeding purchases worth Php 20,000 (land, sea and air freight depending on the distance of the business center).

 

A. REQUIREMENTS 

  1. A physical office of not less than twenty (20) square meters on a visible, accessible business area.
  2. Initial purchase of thirty (30) Novia Product Packs (Php 165,500).
  3. Initial Repeat Product Purchase (RPP) amounting to Php 150,000 (discounted based on Novia regular discounting scheme, but amount of purchase is based on gross price) .

B. BENEFITS

  1. Guaranteed One Hundred Pesos (Php 100.00) commission for every member registered through the Mega RBC.
  2. Additional twelve percent (12%) discount (above the regular discount enjoyed by regular distributor).
