Novia is founded on a strong business enterprises basked up by fifteen years of unparalled experience in the industry of skin care and cosmetics. It is an offshoot of Goldwin Manufacturing Laboratories and Pureskin International, two companies wholly owned by Filipinos based in Marikina, Phillippines, These two companies evolved from mere “toll” or contract manufacturers for cosmetics marketing firms and reputable dermatological clinics allowing them to employ their respective own brand names.

A quality production management system enables Goldwin and Pureskin International to go for excellence, attending to business partners in a proactive component and transparent manner. Moreover, this is one on the reasons why these companies grew and eventually penetrated the international market exporting its world-class products in a regular basis to USA , Canada , Germany , all countries of southeast Asia, and Middle East.

Born in San Roque, Marikina , Mr. de Guzman is graduate of the Mapua Institute of Technology with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. A technical man by profession, he acquired extensive knowledge and expertise on research anf development, operations, and business management from the different local foreign companies he was worked with. His course was a plus factor when they set up Novia's parent company, Goldwin Manfacturing Laboratories Corporation. The company of one of the pioneering manufacturer in the country of locally produced skin care products and boast of its Pureskin brand which has sizable market share in the Middle East region. Mr. de Guzman is also very much involved in the Marikina Valley Chamber of Commerce and Industry where he served as a President from 2003 to 2004 handling the concerns of the Marikina business.

The youngest of the de Guzman brood whose father Felimon (Imon) was one of the pioneer shoemaker in Marikina . Her mother Ligaya was also an equally good show upper maker during her shoemaking years. Ms. Policarpio graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Arts Major in Accounting at the Polythechnic University of Philippines. She started her work experience in the accounting department of Philippine Integrated Exports Inc. but was trained and honed in the sales and marketing at the family owned Goldwin and is currently in-charge of its local sales department. At Novia, her expertise and knowledge in sales and marketing brings her the title of President wherein her youth and energy complements the Novia business life.

She was a loyalty awardees from the largest meat plant in the country located in Marikina City , the Pure Foods – Hormel Corporation. Her 23 years of service brought to the family corporation the needed skills in finance and money management. The “Ate” in her gives the company human touch and the vital link to the most important asset of the company – its employees.

The third of the brother-sister tandem and hands down known as the brain and founder of the family's business. Ms. Navarro is a graduate if the University of Santo Tomas with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Economics. Her employment history gave her the vast expertise and knowledge in sales and marketing on skin care business. Together with his brother, she set up in the 1990 then known as Goldwin Prime Care Enterprise, a trading company for skin care products, which after three years was changed to its current name of unprecedented expansion. Her keen eye for new products and marketing techniques helped to where Goldwin is now.

6. Saling Biyaya

Saling Biyaya connotes that untimely demise of a duly registered Distributor does not terminate all his/her personal benefits. Whatever he/she is supposed to get after his/her death will be automatically passed on to his/her beneficiary declared in the Distributor's Personal Information form.

7. The Company extends its assistance to the Distributors who opt to put up Regional and/or Provincial Business Centers by giving them much needed back up in terms of physical setting up, sending those trainors for considerable amount of time, and other mutually – beneficial terms to succeed in their Novia business.

The Novia Business Plan

In compliance with article 59 of the Consumer Act of the Philippines, Novia undertakes to allow a particular compensation or other benefits to the Distributor for each and every single transaction accomplished or completed by the Distributor with the persons referred by them, or (2) successive sales that the Distributor have assisted in acquiring Novia Purchase Product Collection.

There are easy ways on which a Distributor earns. Basically he/she derives income from Direct Selling. Moreover, extra source of income can be derived from Personal sales Commission and Team Sales Overrides where a Distributor expands and develops a group Distributors that will sell and promote Novia Purchased Product Collection.

Novia will implement Safety Measures in the event of near perfect to perfect binary matrices.

Novia gives a Personal Sales Commission of Php500.00 for every sales of Novia Purchased Product Collection.
